Blast! Beat! Go!

**Since this is tumblr and the majority of people on this website feel so entitled to share their opinions -  (Which, no one really gives a shit about because let’s be real here, you never see a discussion on this website. Just a bunch of people saying shit like “Omg preach it!” or “So good, I CANT EVEN” or “I just” or perhaps the opposite.)  - I’ve decided I’m going to pull the whole “this is my blog I’m going to post whatever I want because I’m such a unique snowflake and I’m using my right to post whatever I want because that was entitled to me with the creation of this blog, AND I don’t care what ppl think.” (Yeah we’ve all seen that fruit cup around.) **

Can people just shut the fuck up about misogyny and quit pointing out all the things “men claim”? This whole, “Oh by the way these tweeters are clearly misogynist and because it’s a man behind the tweet he’s clearly stating that Brad Pitt owns her because you know, lately it’s a thing that women are objects.” is bullshit! Public Shaming is an entire blog dedicated to finding posts made by men on the INTERNET and putting them on blast. I get it, you want to show the world that you found a few ignorant humans off the internet and you feel like scrutinizing them a little bit. But isn’t that kind of contradicting what you’re trying to “fight”? 

Women objectify men just as much, and as a male (which translates to asshole by default to most of tumblr all the sudden) I can tell you there’s a handful of us that go through the same issues women face when it comes to insecurities or feeling as if the media only caters to a certain type, color, shape, size, etc. However, unlike most people who care too much about what society labels, wants, caters to, or believes in, I’m HAPPY WITH WHO I AM. Who gives a fuck if some dude on the internet tweets about a celebrity no longer having breasts? Who cares if some asshole on your Facebook News Feed says something ignorant regarding women? It’s not misogyny. It’s IGNORANCE. Let him believe what he wants, it’s the INTERNET. Click the nice big  X on the upper right hand corner (left if you’re a Mac sheep), scroll past it, get the fuck up off your station and walk around and if you don’t like what you see.

PLUS it’s not like girls don’t say / post shit of the same caliber. But let’s not get into that because that means I’m clearly a misogynist -____-

Quit labeling this as if it’s a hate crime against women for fucks sake. If it doesn’t affect you directly, I don’t see what the problem is. Why is it that tumblr feels the need to move from trend to trend regarding “Hate against women”. First it was the whole Curvy Girls thing (which slandered smaller women and guys for having a PREFERENCE) and now I guess someone saw misogyny in the dictionary, but didn’t actually read the definition, so they’re throwing that shit around like candy.
